What should I do if an offer doesn’t credit?

If you haven’t been credited for a completed offer:

  • Verify that all steps of the offer were completed.
  • Wait for the required time for confirmation.
  • Contact us by clicking/pressing the 'support' button in the lower right-hand corner of your screen and provide us with the offer name, completion proof, and any relevant screenshots.
