If you receive an information error while attempting to use the EarnApp+ app, it is likely because you have a previous installation of the app on your dashboard.
To resolve this, you must delete the old EarnApp+ device from your dashboard, as you can only have one installation. Click on the 'pencil' icon next to the old device and delete it.
Once you have done this, you can download the most recent version of EarnApp+ at HERE and link it again to your account.
