By all means - simply uninstall EarnApp and install the current version and during the installation guide, you will be prompted with 2 options. Please choose the option "Fixed Income" to activate the EarnApp+ mode and check your country rate here.
Note: You may not earn from both EarnApp (bandwidth sharing) and EarnApp Plus. You need to choose one.
