What are the transaction fees on redeems?

After October 12th, 2022, transaction fees per withdrawal are applied as follows:

PayPal – EarnApp 2% handling fee (min. payout amount $10)
Wise – $1.13 flat fee per transaction charged by Wise (min. payout amount $10)
Amazon Gift Cards – no fees (min. payout amount $50)
